Question Bank

The internet is a marvellous revision resource so long as you can be sure that the site you are using is reliable, up to date and peer reviewed. For example, although Wikipedia has its merits, as a revision resource it is not as academically sound as you might hope and is certainly open to abuse. Ideally web resources should be UK based and reflect current UK practice, however, we have included some US sites such as Emedicine to allow a broader understanding of a topic where this is desirable or where definitive UK information is not available. The list of topics we have written questions for below will give you a feel for how you ought to target your revision and the corresponding web-links provide reliable information on each topic. Remember, however, that these links should supplement the book list rather than replace it completely.
